Kenneth A. White, Jr. Distinguished Business Officer Award »
As we formed NBOA we were aware of a long unmet need to recognize those in our profession who dedicated their careers to the help and support of others in the field of business and financial management. To create the award we needed to identify the person who, without question, epitomized those characteristics. There was unanimous consent that Ken White was that individual. With his family's support we inaugurated the Kenneth A. White, Jr. Distinguished Business Officer Award in 1999.

NBOA would like to congratulate the 2008 recipient, Cindy Stadulis. The award was presented on February 27th in New York City.

Will J. Hancock Unsung Hero Award »
There is another whole group of business officers who deserve to be recognized. These are the men and women who make an extraordinary contribution to their schools. To that end, we have created the Will J. Hancock Unsung Hero Award that was presented for the first time at the 2006 Symposium.
