Purchasing Program

This is an NBOA members-only benefit

The goal of this program is to provide NBOA member schools with access to negotiated pricing for products and services that business officers and their schools routinely use. There are currently 4 vendors who offer discounts of 5% to 80% on their products and services. We are continually evaluating new vendors to add to the program. Participating Vendors:

Diamond Mind Business Services
Specializes in providing credit and debit card, check, and ACH processing services to independent schools across the nation, saving our clients costs and time to process payments. We can work with your existing technology or help you evaluate and select an online payment gateway for credit card processing, tuition acceptance portal, credit card terminals, online electronic invoicing system, or back-office payment processing software. A free analysis will show you how your school can realize 20% to 40% reduction in payment processing costs.
ISM Insurance
Provides Long Term Disability Insurance. The NBOA discount is approximately 8% on this insurance provided by Assurant Employee Benefits.
OfficeMax
Provides paper and office supplies. The NBOA discount can be as high as 70% on high volume items. The NBOA discount is 44% off the standard large OfficeMax catalog.
SchoolPay
SchoolPay, a product of My Payment Network, allows schools to collect any school payment via electronic check or credit card. Allow parents to pay directly from emails, electronic invoice or your website with our easy-to-use service. No hardware or IT required and easy integration with accounting programs.
