Practical Guidance for Independent School Business Operations

The second edition of NBOA’s “Practical Guidance for Independent School Business Operations" is now available, with 60 fully revised guidelines and an interactive action-planning worksheet to help you take inventory of your school's operational and fiduciary policies and procedures. Use each guideline to evaluate whether your school’s practices are “baseline,” “exemplary,” or raise “red flags,” and use the overall assessment and action plan to guide your next steps.
