Business Office Assessment
NBOA's consulting group works with individual schools to enhance their business operations in all aspects of financial management, human resources, facilities, and auxiliary programs. We help our schools shift their daily business operations to a mission-driven approach that focuses on program, culture, strategy and sustainability.
NBOA has four professional staff members that lead our school consulting teams. We build our teams through partnerships with a number of Business Office professionals who agree to serve as consultants and be trained in our consulting methodologies. NBOA assigns people to each engagement based on the school's needs and the experience of the consultants.
