New for Symposium 2012, NBOA will be devoting seven hours to what is being called the Business Partner Exchange, which will take place on Monday, February 27, 2012.
Beginning at noon, business partners will have table tops on display through afternoon and evening. Monday’s lunch will run 11⁄2 hours with the meal being served in the exchange area. A 30-minute, mid-day break will allow attendees further access to the business partner exchange. There will be two sets of concurrent sessions during the afternoon, which could enable you to set up individual meetings with customers or focus on returning emails and calls. The evening will culminate with a two-hour reception, again being held in the exchange hall.
