Full Registration (if you are attending the entire meeting)

Single Day Registration (if you are attending for only one or two days)
Applies only to Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday; includes access to one day of educational sessions and breakfast, lunch (Tuesday and Wenesday only) and refreshment breaks. Tickets to the Monday night Reception with Business Partners and Tuesday night banquet must be purchased separately.
Monday Reception with Business Partners
This allows entrance into the event. This is ideal for spouses, additional business partners or single day registrants. Registration does not include access to the educational sessions.
Tuesday Dinner
Includes admission to a dinner being held at the Capital Hilton. This is ideal for spouses, additional business partners or single day registrants. Registration does not include access to the educational sessions.

Refund Policy
Participants canceling their reservation for Symposium 2011 more than four weeks prior to the event receive a refund for any fees paid less an administrative processing fee of $100. If a participant cancels within four weeks of Symposium 2011, all fees paid will be forfeited in their entirety as expenses will have been incurred for all registrants.
Program Cancellation
If NBOA cancels this program for any reason, notification will be sent to all pre-registered participants and the cancellation will be posted on the NBOA website. Pre-registered participants will receive a full refund of any deposit or program fees paid.
