Chief Finance and Operations Officer Greens Farms Academy (Greens Farms, CT)
Russ has 23 years of financial, operations, and general management experience in education, service, manufacturing, and retail industries. He has been Chief Finance and Operations Officer for Greens Farms Academy (GFA) for five years. Immediately prior to GFA he was with Robert Half Management Resources and also spent six years as a management consultant. His volunteer experience includes 10 years on the Board of Finance in his home town. Russ has two children attending GFA (and hopefully a third this fall).

Business Manager Noble and Greenough School (Dedham, MA)
Steve is completing his 10th year at the Noble and Greenough School. Nobles is a 7th-12th grade co-ed day and five day boarding school in Dedham, MA. He is currently the school's business manager and has also served as a history teacher, soccer coach, advisor, admission officer, financial aid director and international trip leader. Prior to Nobles, he worked at the Northfield Mount Hermon School. Ginsberg is a graduate of Williams College and he also completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

Chief Financial Officer The Williston Northampton School (Easthampton, MA)
Chuck McCullagh is the Chief Financial Officer at The Williston Northampton School of Easthampton, Massachusetts, and has held that position since 1999. Previously, he was the Business Manager at Christchurch School in Christchurch, Virginia from 1995-1999, where he was also a dorm parent for one year. Additionally, he served as a dormitory parent with his wife Martha at Suffield Academy, Suffield, Connecticut for five years, where she was a faculty member. Chuck worked in industrial manufacturing and distribution from 1982 until 1995. He has served as Treasurer on the board of ASSIST, an international student exchange program for independent schools. He presently serves on the board of a local bank and an educational foundation. Along with Chuck, his wife works at Williston and both of their two daughters are currently students at the school. Chuck holds a BS from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Director of Finance & Operations St. Andrew's College (Aurora, ON)
Beth McKay is the Director of Finance & Operations for St. Andrew's College, an all boys boarding-day school in Aurora, Ontario Canada. She has held this position for more than 12 years and was a municipal administrator prior to her involvement with independent schools. She has taught the Finance Module several times at the Canadian Association of Independent Schools Leadership Institute. She holds a degree from Queen's University, a diploma from St. Lawrence College and a CMA accounting designation. She works closely with the Board of Directors at St. Andrew's College and is also a volunteer Board member for two other not for profit institutions. She lives on campus, had a son graduate from her school, and she loves golf, curling, travel and writing.

Assistant Head for Operations and Finance Summit Montessori School (Framingham, MA)
Sherri Melamut is the Assistant Head for Operations and Finance for Summit Montessori School and is in her seventh year with the school. Prior to Summit Montessori, she worked in public accounting. She was a member of the first cohort of the Business Leadership in Independent Schools at Johns Hopkins University and received a graduate certificate for completion of the program. Sherri has presented at an NAIS conference on the challenges of running a small business office. Sherri has a BA from Franklin and Marshall College and an MBA from Boston College.

Assistant Vice President for Finance and Administration Woodward Academy (College Park, GA)
Kelly Sanderson is the Assistant Vice President for Finance and Administration for Woodward Academy, Est. 1900, a day school of 2,800 students. She previously served as the Director of Operations and CFO for All Saints' Episcopal School of Fort Worth (Texas), a day school of appox. 900 students. Kelly has 14 years of experience as an Administrator in independent schools following 10 years of experience in public accounting and industry, specifically focusing on not-for-profit auditing and tax. Kelly has actively participated in school accreditation visits having been part of multiple visiting teams for ISAS and SAES and as a visiting team chairman for SAIS/SACS. She has presented training programs for SAES, NAES and NBOA and has actively participated in ISAS and MISBO training activities. One of Kelly's significant responsibilities is the daily management of the Woodward Academy bus company, comprised of 48 employees.
