Facilities Stewardship

This session will begin with a primer on facilities stewardship and then explore benchmarks that help define and understand the fiscal nature of physical plant. We will describe a dozen key indicators of facilities and provide context for the ranges which are acceptable. From this foundation we will then explore several key questions that are germane to business officers. These will include:
  • Going Green: What are my options?
  • Capital Construction: What is the best delivery methodology for my project?
  • Energy Management: How can I control costs and temperatures?
