We will be meeting at Cushing Academy, Day & Boarding School for grades 9 through 12, located sixty-two miles from Boston.

We will stay in Cushing Academy dorm rooms, which have been renovated recently. There will be separate dorms for men and women. You will share a bathroom with a small group, but have a private bedroom.

Rooms have limited comforts (bed, dresser, desk, closet, overhead light), so please plan accordingly. There are televisions, microwaves, and refrigerators in the common rooms in each dorm. Internet access will be available on campus throughout our stay. Participants will receive more details as we get closer to Summer Institute.

If traveling by air, you can fly into Logan in Boston, MA or Manchester International in Manchester, NH. We will group participants by arrival time and location to provide the most time and cost-effective ground transportation to Cushing. The cost of this transportation will be split among those who use it and be billed following Summer Institute.

Rooms will be available starting Sunday night (June 17) for those attending the New Business Officer Institute and Monday night (June 18) for all others. Please plan to arrive at the airport by 8:00 PM or on campus by 10:00 PM. If you will be arriving after this time, please make hotel arrangements and check-in at Cushing Academy the following morning. We can supply you with a list of possible hotels.
